Baked Squash and Apples

1 pkg. – 20oz. Cut Butternut Squash or 2 cups

2 large apples (peeled, cored, sliced)

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup cold margarine

1 tbsp. flour

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. salt

¼ tsp. nutmeg

 

Cut squash cubes into bite size pieces. Place squash and sliced apples in a 7x11” baking dish. Blend the rest of ingredients until crumbly – sprinkle over squash and apples. Cover and bake in oven 350° for 45 – 50 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
